Delivery

We deliver within Australia. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing, and delivery typically takes a further 3–5 business days after dispatch.
 

Delivery time frames are estimates only and do not include weekends or public holidays. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier once the goods have been dispatched.

Delivery charges are payable in addition to the price of the goods and are shown at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient name. We are not liable for goods delivered to the wrong address or wrong person where you have given us incorrect or incomplete details, and re-delivery in those circumstances will be at your cost.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.
 

Please note: during hot weather, soaps, balms and candles can soften or sweat in transit. This is a normal property of natural waxes, butters and oils and is not a fault in the product.
