1. Who we are

www.tempoperme.net (the "Site") is owned and operated by Carmela Triulcio, trading as TempoPerMe (ABN 47 923 383 755), of 14 Marks Street, Coburg, Victoria, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can access or correct it. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles as a matter of good practice.

2. What we collect

Information you give us when you place an order, create an account, contact us, or subscribe to emails:

  • your name

  • email address

  • phone number

  • delivery and billing address

  • your order history and any messages you send us

  • your comments or reviews, if you post them on the Site

Payment information is entered directly into our payment provider's secure checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

Information collected automatically when you visit the Site:

  • your IP address and approximate location

  • device and browser type

  • pages you view, links you click, and how long you stay

3. Why we collect it

We use your personal information to:

  • process, pack and deliver your orders

  • manage your account

  • respond to your questions, returns and refund requests

  • send you order confirmations and delivery updates

  • send you news and offers, only if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email)

  • understand how people use the Site so we can improve it

  • prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations

We will not use your information for any other purpose without telling you first.

4. Who we share it with

We only share your information where it is needed to run our store:

  • Our website platform (Wix), which hosts the Site and stores order and account data

  • Our payment provider, to process your payment securely

  • Australia Post and other couriers, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order

  • Our email provider, to send order updates and, if you have opted in, marketing emails

  • Analytics and advertising tools, which receive information about how you use the Site (see section 7)

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or to a buyer of the business if the business is ever sold.

We never sell your personal information.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We use reputable providers that apply appropriate security to the information they hold.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them to meet tax and accounting obligations (generally up to seven years). Account information is kept until you ask us to close your account. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. How we protect it

Our Site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and our platform and payment providers use industry-standard security. Access to customer information is limited to Carmela Triulcio and any person who needs it to fulfil your order.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use:

  • Essential cookies, which make the Site work — for example keeping items in your cart and keeping you logged in

  • Analytics cookies, which tell us how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

  • Marketing cookies, which may be set by third parties such as social media or advertising platforms to show you relevant ads elsewhere online

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Site, including checkout, may not work properly.

8. Age

Our Site is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you

  • correct information that is wrong or out of date

  • delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it

  • stop sending you marketing emails

To make a request, email us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing any information.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
